Rohnitsingh Chhagar is a highly motivated individual with over 3.5 years of experience in project management, software development, product development, and analysis. He has expertise in model-based development, machine learning, and system-level simulation tools. Rohnit has worked on software designs from the conceptual stage to the optimized stage, with a focus on functional requirements. Rohnit's key competencies include electric vehicle components such as battery, motor, power electronics, and full vehicle level, exhaust systems, and rolling stock system and components. He also has expertise in software development and product design, including model-based design/development with V model, agile Scrum-based methodologies with DevOps, automated approaches for CI/CD, optimization and sensitivity analysis, system and component-level virtual simulations, MIL, SIL, system-level software integration, and a left-shifted approach for V&V. Rohnit has also worked on process improvement using scripts and ML/AI, including developing automated process improvement/validation approaches using Python and setting up automated infrastructure in SDLC. At Tata, he developed co-simulation techniques for model-based design of EV components like battery, motor, power electronics, etc., system-level integration, CAE process improvement through machine learning model, and development of applications through equivalent circuit model and FMU/FMIs for component and system-level integration in battery management systems. Rohnit holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Tech., Vasad.
