Roja Tapsi is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the industry. Currently working at Cisco, Roja is responsible for developing and maintaining software systems that are critical to the company's operations. With her extensive knowledge of software engineering, Roja is able to design and implement solutions that are both efficient and effective. Prior to her current role, Roja worked as a Software Engineer at Ericsson where she was a part of the IP Routers BNG System Test team for two years. During this time, she tested the functionality, performance, throughput, and scalability of PPPoE, various types of DHCP, L2TP, and multicast dual-stack subscribers at the system level on SmartEdge Services Router (SSR), NightHawk (NHK), and Ericsson Virtual Router (EVR). Roja was also a part of the IP Routers Vulnerability Analysis System Test team for one and a half years, where she was involved in test case planning and test plan writing for vulnerability testing across platforms. She performed protocol mutations, DOS attacks, port scans using tools like Codenomicon, Mudynamics, Cyberflood, scapy, hping, nmap, and performed privilege, user access, and directory traversal checks for vulnerability analysis across all platforms. Roja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and completed her high school education at St. Andrews. Her technical expertise includes software engineering and testing, and she is well-versed in various programming languages and tools.
