Rokesh Kumar is a seasoned SharePoint Administrator with over 11 years of experience in the IT industry, 8.5 of which are specifically focused on SharePoint Administration. He is currently working as a Senior Support Engineer at HCL Technologies, where he manages SharePoint 2013 Farm with a set of Document Libraries using Nintex Workflow. Rokesh is responsible for performing Windows Patch Updates on a monthly basis on SharePoint Servers, analyzing and monitoring tickets using Service Now Portal, and interacting with clients on daily meetings to ensure the stability of the SharePoint Farm. He is also experienced in managing and maintaining DNS Mapped to Nissan Domain, migrating SharePoint 2010 to 2013 site collections, web applications using Metalogix Tool, and working on SharePoint Online to maintain Site Permission Levels and Admin Center.
