With over 3 years of experience in the field, Rolly has honed his skills in software development and mobile application design, working on a range of projects across various industries. Currently, Rolly is the co-founder and race director of Congo River Marathon, an organization that aims to promote health and wellness in the Congo region through long-distance running events. In this role, he has been instrumental in the development of the organization's website and mobile app, which have helped to streamline the registration process and improve the overall user experience. Prior to his work with Congo River Marathon, Rolly worked as a software engineer at the Digital Product School by UnternehmerTUM, where he gained valuable experience in user-centered product development. He was responsible for developing a mobile application using React Native for Munich's public transportation ticketing systems, collaborating with stakeholders such as Nokia, ADAC, and the City of Munich. Before that, Rolly worked as a software developer at Akiba Digital, where he developed and maintained web-based applications for clients in various industries. Rolly holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Cape Town and a National Diploma in Computer Systems Electronic Engineering from Durban University of Technology.
