He is goal-oriented, result-driven, and has a proven track record of leading teams to deliver products from scratch. Ronak specializes in cross-functional collaboration, engineering leadership, building passionate teams, micro-service and rule-based architecture, backend frameworks, high traffic websites for high availability, performance, and reliable data storage. Prior to Qressy, Ronak worked as a Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at Peak, a company that helps the world's smartest companies put the power of AI at the center of all commercial decision-making with Decision Intelligence, a brand new category of AI technology. At Peak, he led teams of talented software engineers and provided technical leadership for the product teams to effectively steer strategic plans and future features. Ronak holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from IIT BHU, where he graduated in 2014.
