Ronak Katta is a passionate software engineer with a keen interest in coding, competitive programming, and data structures and algorithms. He is currently working at Joveo as a backend Software Engineer, where he is responsible for refactoring, creating and exposing backend APIs as per company's new standards. Ronak is also creating scripts to migrate data from legacy DBs to new ones and helping in creating XML templates using MVEL to provide feeds to the publisher. With great experiences from his erstwhile internships, Ronak has worked with esteemed organizations such as MAQ Software, North Western Railway HQ, and Caramel IT Services. While working with these organizations, he implemented various latest technologies including HTML, CSS, ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Power BI, SQL, Python, and worked under Agile Methodologies, gaining experience of working with team members. Ronak has good command on data structures and algorithms and currently holds a 6-star badge on Hcakerrank in problem-solving, 4-star position on codechef, and has secured a position in the top 3 percentile among all users on SPOJ. His technical proficiency includes programming languages such as Scala, Java, C++, web developing tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, ReactJS, NodeJS, and databases like SQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Ronak has also worked with Android Studio, NetBeans IDE, Git, and constantly looks for new learning opportunities to learn new skills and technologies. Ronak has relevant experience of 1.77 years and has worked with companies like MAQ Software as an Associate Software Engineer and Caramel IT Services as a Full Stack Development Intern. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from BIT and is proficient in software engineering aspects such as scheduling activities and writing technical documentations.
