Prior to this, Ronald has held positions as an Adjunct Faculty at Ivy Tech Community College and as a Senior Engineer at Modern Welding Company, Inc. He has gained extensive experience in the industry, which he brings to the classroom to help students understand the practical applications of engineering principles. Ronald's education history includes attending Glenn Hills High School and earning degrees from the University of Evansville. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1985 and continued his education at the same institution to earn his Master of Science in Engineering in 1987. Throughout his career, Ronald has gained expertise in various areas of engineering, including welding, fabrication, and design. He has a strong understanding of engineering principles and has applied them to various projects throughout his career.
