Ronika Das is a Software Engineer 2 - IT at Dell Technologies with 3.11 years of relevant experience. She is currently part of the Assisted Support Experience team, where she works as a Software Engineer. Ronika is also a part of the DevOps team for the s360 application. In her previous role, she was a part of the Field Services team as an L3 support team, where she supported two applications - PTC Servigistics and Oracle CRM. Ronika is passionate about exploring new technologies and is always eager to learn. She is currently a volunteer at Visionaries, a digital student initiative aimed to help visually impaired people. Ronika has also created a personal website, www.ronikadas.com, where she showcases her work and skills. At Dell, Ronika is responsible for administering non-production environments for Salesforce applications such as s360 and Lightning. She is also responsible for improving and automating deployments and release processes and supporting Sandbox refreshes. Ronika has knowledge of Salesforce administration activities, such as access, security, and Sandbox refreshes. She performs deployments via GitLab pipelines and GitLab APIs. Ronika also has knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell. Ronika has previously interned at Tata Communications Limited in the API Strategy and Ecosystem Team, where she worked on a project titled API Zone Revamp. She has also contributed as an Open Source Contributor at GirlScript. Ronika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women.
