Ronit Panda is a pre-final year student at NIT Rourkela and a software developer specializing in building full-stack web apps. He is currently working as a Software Developer at Supertokens, where he has extensively worked on the golang SDK of Supertokens, one of the many backend SDKs used by the company to interact with the core that does all the heavy lifting of session management. Ronit has also built various dummy implementations of the Supertokens SDK in golang with go-fiber, gRPC, and an implementation with svelte using the Supertokens-React-SDK. He has written extensive unit tests for the entire golang SDK and contributed to CI/CD pipelines for the SDK. Ronit has collaborated with other engineers in pair programming sessions and participated in brainstorming sessions with the management team discussing customer acquisition and growth opportunities. Prior to Supertokens, Ronit co-founded Ether, a platform that connects like-minded college students based on their interests and preferences, which automates networking. He worked on the product for some time and further decided to drop it. During his time at Ether, Ronit extensively worked on the mobile app built with Flutter and the backend server built with NodeJS, including a robust REST API and a chat server built with web-socket. He shipped the entire chat and matching UI for the mobile app, including ice-breakers and many other gamification features. Ronit also implemented a blocking feature both on the front and backend where if a user is blocked 3x or reported 2x, they are removed from the app with all their data and can no longer use the app with the same credentials. During the period, they were also able to acquire 1500 users throughout their university via various organic marketing channels. Ronit is currently looking for an internship at a seed or series-A stage startup as a Full-Stack developer intern, to be around people like whom he wants to be and contribute to teams that are trying to bring a difference. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Rourkela and has also completed a course in Software Development from Udemy. Ronit's relevant experience in the field is 0.94 years, and his tech stack includes Software Engineer, Golang, Backend, Web, CI/CD, Mobile, UI, and Flutter.
