Ronith Murthy is an ambitious and passionate computer engineering graduate student at NYU, actively looking for full-time software and hardware engineering roles. He is highly experienced with embedded systems, with a history of excellence in developing embedded software (AUTOSAR DEM) for the automotive industry. Ronith is very passionate about hardware (computer architecture) and software and would love to contribute towards advancements in building powerful computers. Ronith's creativity most often finds expression in automation and optimization, because life's an eternal journey towards perfection, and he adores such expeditions and doesn't settle for anything sub-optimal. His skill set includes HDL and HVL: Verilog, System Verilog, UVM, programming languages such as C, C++, and Python, and tools such as Xilinx Vivado, ISE, Intel Quartus, ModelSim, Cadence Virtuoso, versioning tools like Git, and test frameworks such as Google test for unit testing, LLVM for code coverage, Cantata. Currently, Ronith is working as a Software Engineering Graduate Intern at Intel. Previously, he worked as a Course Assistant at New York University and as a Senior Software Engineer at Bosch. At Bosch, he designed, architected, and delivered solutions to complex problems faced by the customer OEMs, resolved various bugs and customer issues, and made the pre-existing infrastructure robust with appropriate design review and code changes. Ronith also automated the manual fault configuration with Python, and diagnostics faults were automatically configured by fetching the fault data from the databases and running the appropriate scripts, batch sequence. He also automated fault testing using the Google test framework, eliminating the need to test faults on hardware by simulating the hardware environment and automatic test case generation for all faults, using Python and Google test framework. Ronith's education history includes a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from New York University, which he is expected to complete in 2023, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University, which he completed in 2018.
