With over 22 years of relevant experience in the industry, Ronni has been instrumental in driving several key projects at SeatGeek, including the implementation of a design system, introduction of management tools for virtual standup and 1-on-1's, and implementation of best practices and team alignment. Prior to his role at SeatGeek, Ronni co-founded eBinder in 2012, a software product aimed at helping accountants and other professionals keep their financial documents stored digitally. As the Co-founder, Developer, and Product Director, he was responsible for business development, product design, and software development. Ronni built a stable and secure platform for businesses to store their sensitive documents, adhering to strict laws and his own vision of storing all documents securely. Ronni's technical expertise spans across web, senior software engineering, mobile, frontend, and backend development. He has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality products.
