Rose Huang is a highly motivated and curious software engineer with a passion for learning about successful product design and implementation. She graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science in computer science and has since gained 2.77 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, Rose works as a Software Engineer at Facebook, where she utilizes her skills in Python, Django, and ML to develop innovative solutions. She is particularly interested in data, renewable energy, and logistics/operations, and is always looking for new challenges to expand her knowledge and expertise. Prior to joining Facebook, Rose gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at bbot, where she built an app for customer on-boarding using Python (Django) and React. She also served as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Columbia University in the City of New York, where she assisted with courses in Introduction to Databases and Advanced Database Systems, under the guidance of Professor Luis Gravano. Rose's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University, where she completed her degree in 2020. She also attended the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics from 2014 to 2016. With a strong foundation in software engineering and a diverse skill set, Rose is a valuable asset to any team.
