Rosen Dash is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field. He is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Rapid, where he is responsible for empowering developers to create transformative software applications and integrations. Rosen is a goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment where he can contribute efficiently and substantially through his knowledge and intelligence towards the growth of the organization and himself. Prior to his current role, Rosen has worked with several top-tier companies, including Stripe and Indeed, where he has held the positions of Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, respectively. At Stripe, Rosen was part of the Merchant intelligence team, where he was responsible for verifying the identities of persons and legal entities that wished to onboard to the Stripe platform, helping Stripe manage operating risks and protect hundreds of millions of consumers from fraud. Rosen has also played a key role in expanding Stripe into new markets quickly and being compliant, leading two multi-quarter projects and mentoring and guiding multiple engineers. At Indeed, Rosen was responsible for marketing automation, optimizing ROI on advertising in different providers like Facebook, Bing, Google, and developing an employee management tool. Rosen has a strong educational background, having earned a B Tech (with Honors) in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, a B Sc in Physics from Khallikote Autonomous College, and a 10+2 in Science from Khallikote Junior College.
