Roshan Bajiya is a highly skilled software developer and data science enthusiast with a broad understanding of full stack development and data science. He completed his graduation and post-graduation from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Currently, he works as a Consultant at Genpact, where he applies his expertise in javascript, .net, html, css, my SQL, PL/SQL, Power BI, Zoho, MVC, C#, software testing, XML technologies, machine learning, Design and Analysis of Algorithm, Regression & time series, and more. Roshan's research paper on "Emotion Recognition from EEG Signal using XGBoost Algorithm" was accepted at the IEEE India Council International Conference in September 2019. He has also secured several achievements, including being a student achiever at IIT Kharagpur in the launch edition of 2018-19, securing 5th position in the Machine Learning challenge by Axis Bank in an online talent competition on Hackerearth, and being among the top 10 participants on a leaderboard out of 10,000+ participants in the ZS Data Science Challenge 2019. With a relevant experience of 2.78 years, Roshan has worked with Genpact as a Consultant 4B, and previously as a Consultant 4A and Management Trainee. He has a strong TechStack that includes SQL, ML, Data Scientist, XGBoost, test, Javascript, Research Scientist, and Software Engineer.
