Roshan Nair is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as the Regional Lead - APAC at Capgemini, he has worn many hats throughout his career, including customer care, sales, engineer, manager, quality auditor, and strategist. Roshan has successfully navigated through complex, compelling, and demanding situations while managing multiple roles, which has outlined his professional values to prioritize team over self, process over people, and a long-term vision on permanent fixes over temporary patches. He is always ready to learn and has multi-lingual capabilities that assist in cross-cultural understanding. Roshan's specialties include IT strategy, quality and brand management, managed services, corporate communication, employee development, IT budgeting, and customer relationship management. He has worked with various companies in the past, including GBM as a Program Manager - Managed Services and Oman Insurance Company PSC as an IT Infrastructure Manager. Roshan holds an EMBA degree from SP Jain School of Global Management in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & Sydney, which he completed in 2020. He also holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth, completed in 2001, and a Higher Secondary Certificate and Secondary School Certificate from Bhandup Education Society and Model English School, respectively. Roshan's relevant experience and expertise lie in infrastructure, and he is always open to discussing technology, blue-ocean business strategies, or even history.
