Roshan Walzade is a proactive and persistent Software Developer at Aloha Technology with 2.52 years of relevant experience. Before joining Aloha Technology, Roshan worked as a Jr. Technical Associate (Trainee) at ESDS Software Solution, where he was responsible for troubleshooting, escalating, and providing resolution to customer support tickets. He also maintained the intended use of IT services and infrastructure, managed VCSA, and provided ongoing support to customers to ensure they got the desired performance and maximum value from the platform. Roshan also identified, fixed, and tracked platform issues that occurred during daily operations and developed technical documents/work products required to be submitted as an Artefact (e.g. Root cause analysis). Roshan completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from PES Modern College of Engineering, Pune, in 2019. Before that, he completed his Diploma in Computer Engineering from Matoshri Polytechnic, Nashik, in 2015. His education and experience have equipped him with a strong technical background in Software Engineering, Data Science, and infra.
