He is currently involved in helping enterprise customers adopt LeadSquared's High Velocity Growth Platforms across JAPAC. Rj has a proven track record of driving multiple engagements on the strength of solutions and technology-led innovations as deal-winners. He has handled a multitude of roles, processes, and customer situations from a large number of assignments across multiple industries. Rj has worked in various industries, including Education & Edtech, Consumer Products, Banking, Insurance, Agri, Fintech, Payments & Financial Services industries, and E-Commerce. He has expertise in Conversational AI Bots, Chatbots, Engagement Cloud, Lead Management, Partner Management, Relationship Management, Service Management, AI assisted CRMs & Enterprise CRMs. Rj has also served as the Director of Alumni Relations - MBA + Alumni Representative - Academic Advisory Board at CMR Institute of Technology.
