Roshni Kothari is a Full Stack Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in understanding customer requirements, writing clean and testable code, and finding and resolving bugs. She has worked with diverse technologies to build web applications from scratch. Roshni is adaptive to new challenges and continuously updates and learns new skills. Currently, Roshni is working as a Team Lead at Mahindra Logistics. In her current role, she designed and developed the MLL Connect application using Node JS and Angular, which improved vendor payment processing and achieved 100% transparency. She also proposed and designed the CICD pipeline using GitHub Actions, which eliminated manual efforts and improved code deployment time by 90% per deployment. Roshni leads a team of six developers, establishing plans and managing resources to ensure work is completed efficiently, on time, and on budget. She analyzes business requirements and collaborates with product managers and stakeholders to find the best solutions. Roshni also manages and shifts priorities to support changing customer needs and resolves production issues with 100% SLA adherence. Prior to joining Mahindra Logistics, Roshni worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where she developed clean and testable web applications following coding standards. She learned and worked with languages such as C#, .NET, Angular JS, Web API, SSRS, and Talend. She worked on two projects simultaneously while being on the bench and received an award for working the highest bench hours. Roshni also shared ideas, thoughts, and information with a diverse group to achieve common goals and understood the application swiftly, improving team throughput. Roshni started her career as a Trainee at Advance Control Data Machines, where she wrote programs in Excel worksheet using VB (Visual Basic). She studied hardware design, added certain features, removed the shortcomings of the earlier version, and also made new application software for GNP (controller unit). She also developed a project for Atlas Cop Co. using a mobile controller and developed application program and documentation for CODESYS and mobile controller. Roshni holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from St. Francis Institute of Technology, and a Diploma of Education in Digital Electronics from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic.
