Rounik Balida is a software engineer at Citrix R&D Bangalore in Networking & Cloud group. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. With over 2 years of relevant experience, Rounik has a good hold in algorithms and data structure. He has experience in working on automation, software testing, and Unix commands. Rounik has worked as a Research and Development Intern at Samsung in Cloud & DevOps Group in SRID. He developed Load Balancing Algorithm in GO for remote Bastion / Jump servers. He also worked in Linux-based EC2 system in AWS to extract server performance parameters such as CPU Utilization, Number of Network Connections, Memory Utilization. Apart from his technical expertise, Rounik is truly interested in leadership and public speaking. He is a fitness freak and an amateur guitar player cum vocalist. Rounik has also worked as a photographer for the Photography Section at IIT Roorkee. Rounik's tech stack includes Software Engineering, AWS, testing, Research Scientist, DevOps, and Mobile.
