With over 8 years of relevant experience, Roushan has honed his skills in Python, Django, Java, Javascript, Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design. Prior to joining Bright Money, Roushan worked as a Lead Engineer at the same company and also held the position of Lead Software Engineer at MakeMyTrip Group, where he led the wallet and rewards systems of Goibibo. He developed common loyalty and user service orchestrator platforms that powered both Goibibo and MakeMyTrip at a large scale. Roushan has extensive experience in working with technologies such as Python, Django, Java, Vert.x, Golang, AWS, MySQL, Docker, Redis, Aerospike, Celery, Uwsgi, Nginx, Newrelic, Grafana, Sumologic, Jenkins, and Kafka. Roushan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from DR. B C ROY ENGINEERING COLLEGE. He also attended DAV Public School for his secondary education.
