Roy Yeung is a Full Stack Developer with over 22 years of experience in developing web and mobile applications. He has a strong technical background and all-rounded skill sets in JAVA, J2EE, Treasury System, front-end development, App development, and development experience in iSeries platform. He is an expert in web-development, with extensive knowledge especially in web-application framework, rich internet application & AJAX development, software design patterns, and enjoys programming. Roy has extensive experience in mobile app development, both IOS and Android, and is a professional in user interface design. He has solid experience in managing project schedules and dealing with business users directly. He has banking experience in front-office, back-office, and e-commerce areas, with a good understanding of the trading environment. Currently, Roy is the Founder of techmaxapp, where he is responsible for the development and support of mobile applications for small business/enterprise customers, as well as the development of their own mobile software titles. They maintain a 50:50 ratio between making customer apps and developing their own product apps. Some of their apps have been awarded in the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2016, Public Sector Information Application - Certificate of Merit and the Hong Kong Government Data.One app Competition. Roy has worked as a Part-time Development Specialist and Murex Development Specialist at HSBC, where he designed and implemented a new back-office system in microservice architecture and implemented a front-office Murex instance for HSBC Turkey. Roy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. His tech stack includes Web, iOS, Mobile, Frontend, Microservices, Java, and Android.
