Royal Jain is an accomplished entrepreneur and technologist with a passion for startups and building useful products that create value for consumers. Currently, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of CodeParrot, a technology startup that provides solutions to businesses using machine learning and artificial intelligence. Prior to this, Royal founded Mastree, an online live learning platform that focuses on developing communication and confidence skills among K12 students. During his time as CTO, he worked closely with the product, engineering, and content teams to provide exceptional value and a great experience for learners and teachers. Mastree was later acquired by Unacademy Group. Royal's experience in the industry spans over 5 years, during which he has worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Data Scientist, and Research Scientist. He has a strong background in Deep Learning and has worked on building models for problems such as Emotion Identification, Speaker Verification, and Speaker Diarization from voice data. Royal is also a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Royal has a keen interest in startups and has experienced the ups and downs that come with building a successful business. He has received customer love for his innovation in content and product offerings and has learned a lot from the issues he faced in distribution and customer acquisition.
