He has a strong acumen towards Business Development, Process Optimization, and Corporate Strategy. Royston has sold various products ranging from Dictionaries, Books, T-shirts, Design collateral, India Entry strategy, High Tech Assessments, and now leads Sales, Engagement & Servicing Solutions in his current role. Royston's expertise lies in the overall execution of a thought into an actual process, end to end from Pre-sales strategy to Delivery. He is a Product Owner for Strategies, Implementation & Result in CalyxPOD, where he currently serves as the National Head - Client Solutions. CalyxPOD is a niche platform specially designed to conduct Campus drives, bringing proven Data-Driven & Automation Methodologies to the team. Royston's verticals include Sales, Client Solutions, Engagement & Operations. He is responsible for planning and implementing B2B/B2C marketing plans to increase visibility and client base. He also coordinates business efforts within internal teams including Pre-sales, Engagement, Content, Ops, IT, and Product development to ensure smooth progress of the project. Royston's past experiences include serving as Senior Human Resources Manager in Josh Technology Group, where he led the Talent Acquisition Team for Campus Recruitment Program, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Organizational Development and Transformation, and Reward & Recognition. He also worked as Deputy General Manager - SME Vertical in Aspiring Minds. Royston holds a B.Tech degree in ECE from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and completed his schooling in Science from St. Columba's School, New Delhi.
