Roz Ho is a technology veteran with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Software at HP, she is responsible for leading large global teams to deliver award-winning software and services, as well as running successful businesses with annual revenue of over $300M. Roz is a champion of diversity and has served as a mentor for technical women, speaking at numerous events on gender diversity. She was recently selected as one of Cablefax's most powerful women in cable in 2017. Roz is also actively involved in the community, serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club in Silicon Valley and on the boards of other non-profits and educational institutions. Her past experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer and Metadata businesses at TiVo, where she was responsible for the strategic product roadmaps, innovations, and business operations of both businesses. She also led a globally distributed team of 500+ to build and deliver products to enterprise and retail customers. Currently, she is driving a significant effort to transform the metadata business by leveraging machine-learning technology to optimize operations and broaden product offerings to meet the trend towards on-demand entertainment and exponential growth of content. Prior to TiVo, Roz served as the Vice President, Head of TV & Media Software, APAC at Ericsson, where she was responsible for driving the TV & Media business in APAC and managing a team of domain sales and technical experts on TV & Media technology to deliver products in APAC and implement solutions for customers. As part of a virtual team reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, she investigated and evaluated opportunities to offer connected healthcare solutions to consumers through service providers. With 34.14 years of relevant experience, Roz is a seasoned leader in the technology industry with a track record of delivering successful products and services.
