He has an extensive recruitment experience in various sectors such as technology, consulting, knowledge, retail, CPG, BFSI, telecom, media & entertainment, hospitality, and utilities across different geographies and technologies. Currently, Rrahul is working as Global Strategic Hiring & Redeployment at Wipro Limited. As part of the Strategic Hiring team, he is responsible for leadership and strategic talent attraction and acquisition across domains, practices, and functions in Wipro. He leads stakeholder engagements & partners with business leaders to create and execute talent strategies. Rrahul also identifies and engages with business, domain & consulting and practice leaders, experts, partners, and champions to meet the growth demands of practices across multiple industries and technologies regionally and globally. He champions the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda of Wipro in the recruitment domain and supports creating and implementing processes and procedures for strategic hiring aimed at ensuring a superb candidate experience. Apart from his professional life, Rrahul loves to spend time with his family, travel, and engage in sports like Rafting, Trekking, and MotorBiking in the Himalayas.
