Ruben Marzal is a Digital Product Manager and Head of Digital with a passion for entrepreneurship, the digital world, and outdoor sports. With over a decade of experience in developing digital products, Ruben has worked across the entire value chain, including software development, product, marketing, team, and management. In 2013, he founded Bicilink.com, a cycling ecommerce, where he experienced all the stages of a startup, from its creation, growth, to the hard stage of its closure. During this period, Ruben achieved great achievements, such as being the largest cyclist community at that moment and using content marketing like no one has done so far. Ruben is obsessed with productivity and agile methodologies, which he learned during his studies in Computer Science. Currently, he is a Product Manager at Lanzadera, the biggest Spanish startup accelerator, where he helps startups grow by selecting startups, defining objectives, product roadmap, and business strategy. In addition to his professional experiences, Ruben is an outdoor sports enthusiast who enjoys gravel, MTB, mountain ski, and trail running. From sports, he has learned persistency, sacrifice, planning, productivity, and the importance of focusing on the objectives to achieve the goals. Ruben has worked as a Chief Digital Officer at Closca Design, where he defined and implemented agile management methodologies, online channel strategy, launching of the new product "Closca Bottle" through crowdfunding campaigns in Kickstarter and Indiegogo, strategy and ecommerce management, automation, process optimization, and implementation of new tools. He has also worked as a Marketing Online Lecturer in Digital Marketing Master at Inede Business School. Ruben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, a Master of Business Administration (MBA EXECUTIVE) from Inede Business School - APD, and a Bachelor's degree from Syddansk Universitet. He has also completed other courses such as Cátedra Cultura Directiva y Empresarial, SEO/SEM Specialist, and Google Analytics from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, and a Master's degree in Formación del Profesorado and Inglish Intermediate B1 from Universidad Católica de Valéncia and Escuela Oficial Idiomas, respectively. Ruben's tech stack includes product management and integration, and he has 10.95 years of relevant experience.
