Rucha Gurav is a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer with a passion for learning and growing both personally and professionally. She is currently working at Nutrien Ag Solutions as a Software Developer Engineer, where she has been responsible for developing a Django web application using Python to help more than 10,000 employees and Nutrien customers to know the various resources and initiatives of the company. Rucha has implemented Rest APIs for various CRUD operations and performed testing of APIs using Pytests. She has also worked in a CI/CD environment using Travis CI for continuous integration and testing of the application. Rucha has worked closely with a team of 20 members in Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodology to evaluate the changes and improvements on a daily basis. Prior to her current role, Rucha has worked as a Software Developer at SiriusXM, where she developed a Resource Tracking application using Java, Spring Boot framework, and MySQL database for storing data. She has also worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Atos, where she worked on an application to give access and add additional functionalities to employees, customers, and other clients to their accounts on ServiceNow. Rucha has managed over 20 customer calls per day to help them access their accounts smoothly. Rucha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology. She has relevant experience of 1.53 years and possesses a strong technical skill set that includes Software Engineering, testing, Backend development, CI/CD, Integration, Web development, Python, Django, MySQL, Spring Boot, Spring, and Java. Rucha is a team player and has worked in teams of different sizes and cultures. She is a quick learner and always eager to learn new technologies and skills to enhance her knowledge and expertise.
