Ruchi Agrawal is an accomplished Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in the industry. Currently, she is working with BetterPlace Select, where she is responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product strategy. Ruchi's career journey began as a Consulting Analyst at Goodera, where she played a crucial role in helping companies achieve their CSR and Sustainability goals. Her responsibilities included end-to-end project planning and implementation, on-ground project management, compliance consulting, strategizing, impact assessments, and communication services. Later, Ruchi worked as an Analyst at Spinnaker LLC, where she developed models through data analysis using Excel and R programming. She built a zero-based budget model for one of the top 5 P&C insurance companies in North America and developed a severance analysis model to meet the 2016 budget plan for an insurance company. She also conducted competitor analysis, market research, and developed company profiles of potential clients and competitors. Ruchi is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology in 2016. Before that, she completed her Senior Secondary education from St. Joseph Senior Secondary School Kota in 2011.
