Ruchi Bhatia is a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University and a 3x Kaggle Grandmaster in Notebooks, Datasets, and Discussion. With a passion for data science and analysis, Ruchi started coding at an early age and completed her Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai. She has gained relevant experience in the industry by working in the technology sector of various MNCs such as Sony and Colgate-Palmolive. Ruchi's key interest lies in sharing her technical expertise with people. She enjoys tackling problems pertaining to technology and coming up with novel ideas. She believes in Kata, the Japanese ideology of thinking before acting, which enables her to focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Ruchi strives to utilize her expertise to bridge the gap between technology and business as businesses today are becoming more inextricably linked with information technology. Currently, Ruchi is the Leader of Data Science at Openmined, where she previously worked as a Lead Data Scientist and Data Scientist. Her tech stack includes Data Science and AI. Ruchi is pursuing her Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University, which she is expected to complete in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, which she completed in 2020. Ruchi's education history also includes attending Pace Junior Science College and Bombay Scottish School. With 1.36 years of relevant experience, Ruchi is a driven and talented individual who is passionate about data science and analysis.
