She has worked her way up from an HR Executive to the Head of People Ops at Solar Labs, a software development company that focuses on renewable energy to combat climate change. She also handled IT hiring, campus hiring, corporate hiring, and leadership hiring with the help of her team. Before that, she worked as an HR Generalist at Infodart Technologies Ltd., where she took care of the employee lifecycle and payroll of over 1000 employees on a pan-India basis. She was also involved in performance management, grievance handling, and documentation for all employees. Ruchika holds a Master of Business Administration degree from IBS Hyderabad, which she completed in 2019, and she completed her 12th grade in Science from D.A.V Centenary Public School in 2013.
