Ruchika Sharma is a driven and ambitious Computer Science undergraduate at IIT Ropar, with a passion for software engineering. As a Junior in the program, she has already gained valuable experience through her involvement with various organizations on campus. Currently, Ruchika is a Student Volunteer for Pehchaan Ek Safar, IIT Ropar, where she is responsible for organizing events and activities aimed at promoting social awareness and community engagement. Prior to this, she was a Core Team member of the Society of Women Engineers, where she played an active role in organizing events and workshops to empower and encourage women in STEM fields. Additionally, Ruchika was a Member of the Coding Club, IIT Ropar, where she honed her technical skills and participated in various coding competitions. Ruchika's academic achievements are equally impressive. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, with an expected graduation date of December 2024. Her coursework has given her a strong foundation in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python, as well as experience with Data Structures and Algorithms. She is also proficient in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As a software engineer, Ruchika is highly skilled and motivated.
