With a relevant experience of 3.20 years, Ruchita has honed her skills as a Software Engineer and Research Scientist. Before joining Microsoft, Ruchita worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she was part of the Franchise Analytics, Strategy and Technology (FAST) Team in the Securities Division. Her role involved developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and drive growth. Prior to her stint at Goldman Sachs, Ruchita was a Summer Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science, where she worked on stochastic systems in the Department of Computer Science and Automation (CSA). Ruchita completed her Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2020. During her time at the institute, Ruchita developed a strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and statistics.
