Ruchita Hinduja is a highly skilled Business Development professional with over 12 years of experience in Inside sales activities. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering specializing in IT from Pune University and a PGDM in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis. Currently, Ruchita is working as a Strategist - Business Development at Persistent Systems, where she heads the Market Research 5 member team as a part of the Business Development group. She has mentored the team members in providing support to the Inside sales and Sales team. Her job included providing 24x7 support, identifying bugs in the reported issue and fixing them, creating patches, and managing the release of these patches. She also carried out unit testing for the developed patch.
