Ruchita Maheshwary is a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer with over 10 years of development experience in financial, insurance, and HR domains. She is an avid learner and keen to work on diverse technologies with extensive experience in Java frameworks. Currently, she is working at Ultimate Kronos Group as a Principal Software Engineer in the IAM team, where she worked on Tenant Config System (TCS) and V2 Migration projects. Her role in these projects involved end-to-end development, writing small and medium tests, end-to-end testing, build and deployment, helping and monitoring team members, working with Architects and Leads for designing solutions to the problems, resolving customer issues, and closely working with App owners to deploy the applications on production without hiccups. She also actively does code reviews of her peers and subordinates. Ruchita has completed her Data Analysis Nanodegree from Udacity and graduated from Udacity's Android Developer Nanodegree course. She has published the "Fill my team" app on the Google Play store and was selected among the top 50 Android Nanodegree students to be part of the first-ever Android Developer Career Summit in India, held in Google, Bangalore. Prior to her current role, Ruchita worked as a Senior Software Developer Sr. Analyst at NTT Data, where she was completely involved in the design and development of migrating VB developed insurance projects to Java web applications. She has also worked as a Module lead at Peoplestrong HR Services, where her role involved mentoring, guiding the team in understanding the recruitment application workflow, and collaborating and resolving critical defects without compromising on the application's performance. Ruchita has a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Management Education & Research Institute, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Keshav Mahavidyalaya, Delhi University. She is proficient in Software Engineering, Android, test, Web, Java, Senior Software Engineering, and Integration.
