Prior to this, she worked as a Software Engineer at the same company, where she gained experience in software development and worked on various projects. Ruchita holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Sanjivanee College of Engineering, where she gained a strong foundation in software development. She also completed her HSC in Science from Pemraj Sarda College, Ahmednagar, and SSC from Don Bosco School.
