Rudianto Thong, also known as Rudy, is a seasoned Product Director with 14 years of experience in the technology startup industry. He is a Technology Enthusiast, Business Developer, Agile Believer, and Lifelong Learner. Rudy graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung with a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering. Rudy's career started with building a startup with his college friends, where he spent three years. He then joined DOKU, a payment company, where he spent nearly 10 years and held multiple roles from technology, business, and product. His latest position was as Chief Innovation Officer, where he transformed the DOKU Payment Gateway Product into Jokul (PG 2.0) from all perspectives. Rudy then spent a few months as VP of Consumer Product in LinkAja, where he was responsible for the Consumer App Journey, On Boarding, E-KYC, Financial Core, Ops Tools, Sharia, Loyalty & Promo, Data & AI. He also re-organized the product team, containing five functions: Product Managers, Project Managers, Product Designer, Product Researcher, and Process Improvement/Scrum Master. Currently, Rudy is the Product Director at RedDoorz, where he brings his extensive experience in AI, product design, research, and web development. He has experience working with payment regulators (Bank Indonesia) and associations (ASPI & AFTECH) and was part of a technical working group that designed the Open API SNAP Specification. In summary, Rudy is a Product Guy with a passion for technology and business development.
