Rudresh Dixit is an aspiring software engineer with excellent problem-solving skills. He is a dynamic, motivated, and well-grounded change agent with a passion for attaining the unachievable through extensive analysis and collaboration. Currently, he is the Executive Lead at The Debugging Society, where he conducts several Machine Learning sessions in college campuses, talking about various ML algorithms and projects. Rudresh consistently demonstrates a can-do attitude and embraces tough challenges with energy and enthusiasm. He is always on the lookout for opportunities to collaborate on new ideas and technologies. He derives immense pleasure in learning things from the bottom and makes a constant effort to assimilate new concepts through and through. Rudresh likes to get his hands dirty on the know-hows and the trade-offs of all the solutions available at hand, which he feels is his greatest strength. In the past, Rudresh has worked as a Student Mentor at the International Organization of Software Developers and as an Academic Counselor at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. At NSIT, he mentored around 60 to 65 students academically and helped them adjust to the tough academic environment. He also coordinated with numerous students and faculty members to provide academic, financial, and emotional assistance to students on campus. Rudresh holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from NSIT, which he will complete in December 2022. He also has a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Convent of Gagan Bharti. Rudresh's technical skills include Software Engineering and Machine Learning, and he has 0.78 years of relevant experience. Rudresh is passionate about learning and being good at what he does. He enjoys collaborating with his teammates and other members of the team to keep the communication lines open, learn from different perspectives, and grow his skills better by the appreciation or criticism of his peers.
