Rujuta Pachpande is a UX-UI designer and Frontend Developer with a Master's degree in Web and Digital Design. She believes that learning is a continuous process and experience is never wasted. With her education and experience, she has become a UX unicorn designer or UX Engineer. Rujuta's design process includes user research, strategy planning, wireframing, user journey, A/B testing, UI design, prototyping, user testing, and deployment. She has worked with multinational companies and has developed interpersonal skills such as perseverance, self-motivation, team player, and communication. Aside from her professional work, Rujuta started a small online venture called Giftitions-gift your emotions, which taught her valuable lessons in problem-solving, consistency, and accepting the unexpected. Rujuta is currently working as a Web Designer and Frontend Developer at bitmama, where she is responsible for user research, benchmarking, competitive analysis, user flow, UI-UX design, prototyping for internal application, and developing applications using React js and Firebase database. She also works on frontend development for customized WordPress themes using JavaScript and HTML/CSS. In the past, Rujuta worked as an Assistant System Engineer at TCS, where she was a Peoplesoft techno-functional support member for Core Human Resources module of the Honeywell HR applications from IT side for Honeywell International. She was also a member of the extra-curricular activity organizing team in TCS - "Fun@Work" and conducted and organized various team building and leisure activities for project members. Rujuta's education includes a Master's degree in Design from SPD Scuola Politecnica di Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from SIES College. Her technical skills include Frontend, designer, Web, UI, test, Research Scientist, ReactJS, Javascript, Backend, SQL, dotNET, and product designer. Rujuta has 3.94 years of relevant experience. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, meeting new people, talking about their culture, making DIY projects, and painting while listening to songs.
