Rupanjan Baidya is a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying and maintaining scalable web architecture. He is currently the Head of Engineering and Principal Software Engineer for E-commerce at Health & Glow, where he is responsible for leading and managing all the engineering efforts to deliver an end-to-end product and meet product launch targets. Rupanjan is highly proficient in Full Stack design and development, as well as developing Scalable and High-Performance Service-oriented Architecture.
