Rushabh Deshmukh is a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in supply chain management. He holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology. With over three years of relevant experience, Rushabh has gained expertise in planning, designing, developing, and managing various processes to produce high-quality products. He is a proactive professional who understands the importance of sourcing, purchasing, and tendering activities with effectiveness and efficiency at its core. Currently working as a Business Analyst (Production Engineer) at MaxiTRANS, Rushabh is responsible for maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reporting to track material usage for manufacturing sites. He leads the continuous improvement of production planning, process mapping, labor hours, material usage, and rework orders. He optimizes the Bill of Materials through collaborative work with various departments such as Materials, Manufacturing, Production Planning & Control, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations. He also interprets various designs and drawings to understand parts and raw materials usage to reduce scrap factors, improve material usage, and improve inventory turns. In his past roles, Rushabh has worked as an Inventory Analyst at MaxiTRANS, where he ensured raw material and finished parts required to produce trailers are replenished by continuous improvement of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP). He also led stock take and cycle count programs for three major MaxiTRANS sites to identify production and stock on hand discrepancies. At Zacq Technologies, he worked as a Senior Production Engineer, where he evaluated the capacities of production shops and final assembly with respect to demand and forecast to implement enhancement policies (line balancing and manpower addition).
