Rushi Patel is an experienced Oracle Certified Associate and Full Stack Automation Engineer with a passion for designing and developing automation frameworks and test suites to meet business needs. With a background in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development frameworks (TDD), Rushi has a strong skill set in Java, C#, Azure Devops, Gherkins BDD Specflow, Apache Maven, NUnit, JavaScript, CSS, Jira, CyberDuck, Git, Postman, Tortoise SVN, and Jenkins. Currently working as a QA Engineer at Ness Technologies, Rushi has worked on two projects during his tenure, Blucora and Pearson Accuplacer. In the Blucora project, Rushi automated the TaxAct application to assist in filling taxes online using C# Selenium integrated with Azure DevOps. He also configured SonarQube and SauceLabs for executing scripts in parallel and cross-browser testing, and utilized SonarQube for automated static code analysis. In the Pearson Accuplacer project, Rushi developed a standalone project in Java to compare and list files from different AmazonS3 servers using AWS integrated with Apache Maven dependencies. Prior to joining Ness Technologies, Rushi worked as an Associate Consultant and Sr. Software Engineer at Capgemini. At Chubb Insurance, USA, Rushi worked as an automation expert and was involved in developing automation frameworks in C#. He also designed and implemented the automation framework of the chubb small commercial market place application by using Selenium/WebDriver, Nunit, and created common functions for explicit waits which can be used throughout the code. At Synchrony Financials Bank, USA, Rushi worked as a devops engineer and was involved in release management activities. Rushi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Tech., Vasad 041, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Applied Computer Science from Dalhousie University. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Rushi's tech stack includes QA, test, Selenium, Java, DevOps, AWS, Azure, SDET, Javascript, Jenkins, Web, Software Engineer, and Spring.
