Rushikesh Nikam is a dynamic professional with a diverse skill set that includes product management, data analytics, and machine learning. He is currently working as a Research Consultant at worldquant, where he is involved in developing innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Rushikesh has a strong background in product management, having worked as a PM Fellow at product camp. During his tenure, he gained a deep understanding of product fundamentals and practical applications, as well as various frameworks to streamline process flows. He also solved multiple industry-specific product cases and worked on a Graduation Deck, which he completed in just two weeks. Using Figma extensively for wireframing and deck preparation, he focused on the problem statement and understood the problems/use cases by connecting with various user personas using channels where users spend time or share their experiences, such as LinkedIn, Play store, Online communities, and Online forms. Prior to this, Rushikesh worked as a Business Analyst Intern at udaan, where he gained valuable experience in data analytics. He has also completed ShARE's leadership programme of excellence, which has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of leadership and management. Rushikesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. He completed his schooling at Ryan International School, Navi Mumbai. With a strong background in research, Rushikesh has developed expertise in machine learning, data analytics, and product management. He is proficient in Canva, Figma, and Notion Productivity Software. His relevant experience spans 0.27 years, and he is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to expand his skill set.
