Rushikesh Polawar is a highly motivated Software Engineer with a strong background in Computer Science and Engineering. He is currently working at vConstruct Private Limited as a Software Engineer, where he has gained extensive experience in solving construction domain problems. He is skilled in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Mongo DB. Rushikesh is a self-motivated and hardworking individual who is always looking for new challenges to prove his skills and utilize his knowledge in the growth of the organization. He is a recent graduate of Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur, Maharashtra, where he completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering. In his previous role as a Project Intern - Software Solution for Construction (SSC) at vConstruct, he was trained in the MERN stack, Cosmos DB, Redux, Router, Rest APIs, and JSON. He gained experience as a full-stack developer in the construction domain and worked on the Web Sequencing App (Supply Change Management). He also has experience in working with Agile Methodology through JIRA. Rushikesh is passionate about exploring new technologies and leveraging them to solve real-world scenarios. He is driven by the desire to create an impact in society with his knowledge and expertise. He has a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Gramin Polytechnic Vishnupuri, Nanded, Maharashtra, and completed his HSC and SSC from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose College, Nanded, and Pratibha Niketan High School, Nanded, respectively. Rushikesh's technical skills include Software Engineering, Javascript, MongoDB, NodeJS, ReactJS, Redux, and Web.
