Rushikesh Shete is a skilled full-stack developer with over 6 years of experience in the hybrid cloud computing domain. He is currently working as a Senior Member of Technical Staff in VMware's Hybrid Cloud Extension (HCX) team, where he is responsible for streamlining application migration, workload rebalancing, and business continuity across data centers and clouds. Rushikesh has designed and implemented various useful modules in Java and written ReST APIs and microservices. He is also pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence from UpGrad and the International Institute of Information Technology - Bangalore(IIIT-B) alongside his job. Rushikesh completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Mumbai University, where he secured the second rank in the college and a sixth rank in the Mumbai University with 81.33%. In his previous role as a Software Engineer at Xoriant Solutions, Rushikesh contributed to the development of various features that enabled users to perform cloud operations like virtual machine migration, network customization, etc. between source and destination sites with different types of cloud environments. He worked on both UI and backend development, using ASP.NET, C#, Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, AWS, VMware, PostgreSQL technologies. Rushikesh has a strong technical skill set, including software engineering, microservices, JavaScript, AWS, ML, Java, dotNET, ASP.NET, TypeScript, UI, Backend, and NodeJS.
