Rutuja Saraf is a dynamic and driven Project Management Intern with over 2 years of relevant experience. She is currently pursuing a Master in Management with a specialization in International Business at IE Business School in Spain. With a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from VIT University, Vellore, Rutuja is always eager to learn new things and take up challenges as an opportunity to grow. As a Software Developer at Schlumberger, Rutuja gained valuable experience working in an agile team and became a state-level basketball player. In her past roles, Rutuja served as a Project Leader at ie mim challenge 2022, where she led a 6-month live project on the 6th SDG 'Clean Water and Sanitation for all', and organized the main event for hundreds of students and professors to spread awareness on Women Menstrual hygiene. She also served as a Project Lead at Mirkute Architects, where she led cross-functional project teams, directed client requirements, coordinated with multiple stakeholders, and increased client retention rate by 40%. Rutuja also spearheaded architecture projects ensuring client requirement satisfaction and served as an Agile coach.
