- Leading and managing a highly visible and impactful feature that was sought after by 2000+ customers. Took the feature from inception to delivery, working with many cross functional teams along the way. Communicated clearly with stakeholders and customers to get their feedback as development work was on going. Was agile and flexible as scope changed due to technical limitations, but also made sure that a concise and useful feature was delivered to customers on time and within budget while maintaining the desired level of quality.

- Spear headed a new bug triage process that helped us reduce our backlog of bug jiras from 100+ critical jiras to less than 10. Worked around all team members’ capacity and bandwidth to achieve a methodical way of tackling the backlog. Lead weekly meetings that brought all team members together for dedicated time on the bug jiras. As the backlog shrunk, adapted the process to accommodate for other areas of the team backlog. 
- Was the point of contact in my organization for a company wide initiative to get our customers away from using deprecated artifacts. Taking into consideration the concerns from the engineering team, I worked on potential solutions to this problem. Worked closely with engineering team on what is feasible and what will cause more complex problems. Ultimately decided to move forward with a tool that will help customers move away from using deprecated artifacts.

- Was the lead backend developer for the discovery boards team. Worked on a new reporting product we introduced to our customers. Spiked, designed, and planned a feature that helped simplify report creation by customers. This was a highly visible and sought for feature. Was extremely agile as PM was gathering requirements and as scope kept changing due to customer feedback.

- Focusing on client data integrity - reinventing the pipeline for data ingestion into Workday’s servers to allow developers to access data easily when helping customers debug their problems
