Ryan Bartley is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of fabric, a company that is revolutionizing the commerce industry. At Fabric, Ryan is working to accelerate the GMV of the internet by building the world's most modular commerce platform for retail, D2C, and B2B companies. Fabric's open and scalable platform empowers mid-market and established businesses to drive growth without the cost, time, and complexity of monolithic legacy solutions. As co-founder, Ryan is responsible for the overall strategy, vision, and execution of the company. Prior to founding Fabric, Ryan served as the General Manager of a new business unit at Staples, where he led the vision and formation of the unit and developed the strategy and execution roadmaps across sales, marketing, finance, product, engineering, data science, and analytics. He also led the Staples Applied Innovation organization, focused on breakthrough concepts for B2B services and utilities. Ryan's leadership resulted in hyper-growth of the business unit from hundreds of millions to a multi-billion dollar business. Before his role at Staples, Ryan was the Director of Mobile, where he was responsible for mobile strategy, establishing the product roadmaps, and leading the mobile organization to deliver the next generation of mobile products, including innovative in-store digital, B2B, and consumer experiences. Ryan holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.
