Saaniya Shaikh is an experienced HR professional with a passion for start-ups and all things SaaS. Currently working as GTM Hiring at Hiver, she is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for roles spread across tech and non-tech teams. Her focus is on hiring rockstars to join the super-fun, super-talented, and highly energetic team at Hiver, with a vision for excellence. With 6.28 years of relevant experience, Saaniya has worked with some of the most innovative start-ups in the industry. In her previous role as Human Resources and Talent Manager at Docsumo, she was responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. She also served as Lead - Talent Partner at Whatfix, where she worked closely with the leadership team to build a strong talent pipeline. Saaniya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and HR from B.M.S. College of Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from NES Institute of Advanced Studies. She also has a Class 12th degree from PES Institute of Technology & Management, Shivamoga, and a 10th degree from Mary Immaculate Girls' High School.
