Saarthak Mahapatra is an enterprising IT process consulting professional with over 20 years of experience in quality management, CMMI, and Agile methodologies. He is a certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist, Scrum@Scale Practitioner, and Scrum Master. He has a proven track record in leading IT process consulting engagements in dynamic environments, creating and delivering operational excellence and business value to clients in Australia, India, and the USA. Currently, Saarthak is associated with Infosys Limited as Principal Consultant in the Process Consulting practice. He is leading a strategic enterprise-level technology process transformation and simplification program for a leading wealth management company in Australia. He is an effective leader with excellent analytical and communication skills to sustain growth while motivating individual performances in the team. He is managing operations, resourcing, and performance management of a large team of 50+ consultants. Saarthak has contributed thought leadership to clients as well as within the organisation on continuous improvement, being agile, and bringing in best practices. He is proficient in ensuring process compliance, measuring process performance as well as capability baselines and benchmarking. He has hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring initiatives and strategies for process improvement and operational excellence. He has led consulting assignments for defining, optimising, simplifying, implementing, and continuous improvement of SDLC, project management, and governance processes with expertise in process framework and models such as Agile, CMMI, ISO, and ITIL. Saarthak has worked with Wipro as Director - Quality and with Infosys as Principal Consultant. He has led an engagement with one of Australia’s largest wealth management companies to transform their end-to-end technology delivery, service management, and governance processes. He has conducted a process maturity assessment of end-to-end product customisation and implementation processes for a GRC product development organisation. He has also worked with Tech Mahindra as Sr. Quality Engineer on multiple testing delivery assignments including manual and automation testing, performance testing. Saarthak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Utkal University and has completed his +2 from BJB College. He has also attended Institute of Integral Education. His relevant experience is 19.96 years and his tech stack includes test, Senior Software Engineer, and QA.
