Sachin Ramchandra Bal is a highly experienced and innovative executive with over 29 years of success in various leadership roles in the areas of information technology, consulting, customer support, engineering, and quality assurance. Currently, he serves as the Vice President for Client Services at MonetaGo India Private Limited, which is focused on building products on Hyperledger and R3 Corda blockchain that address "Supply chain financing" and "Corporate Issuances." Sachin is an expert in strategic and tactical planning, corporate governance, and change management. He actively monitors the support dashboard and email from 8-9 am on weekdays and 8 - 2 pm every other Saturday, demonstrating his commitment to customer satisfaction. He is involved in demos to new clients, accompanying the business team and technical team when required, building a rapport with the existing client base, and assisting clients in using the products and services and keeping them updated about new features launched. Sachin manages a team of software support analysts and acts as a mentor and coach to team members.
